- Prepare 2 small tilapia deep fried
- Get Oil to fry

Steps to make Fish curry:
- Add oil to pan and add garlic ginger paste. (More flavour) then add onions until softened
- Add spice blend and stir continously for 3min
- Add blended tomato(you can use diced)and let simmer for 7-10min or until reduced in half
- Add yoghurt, fish sauce and soy then place the fish and let simmer for 5min on each side.
- Add Dhania and cumin. Simmer for 2min n turn of the heat
