  1. Prepare your vegetables
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions. Cook for 30 seconds or until translucent.
  3. Add ginger and garlic and stir for 20 seconds. Add the tomato paste, turmeric powder and paprika and stir. Add in your tomatoes and let cook to a paste.
  4. Add green pepper and stir again. Season with salt and add some water. Stir and let simmer for 5-8 minutes.
  5. Gently place the fish fillets over the sauce. Scoop some of the sauce over the fish, cover the pan with a lid and let cook for 10-15 minutes. squeeze in the lemon juice.
