- First mix in wheat flour maida ajwain and salt well. Now add warm oil and mix till it holds shape.
- Now slowly add water and made a slightly hard dough. For stuffing: Grind well cooked rajma with green chilli and ginger, mash the aloo with salt and keep it aside.
- Now take oil in a Kadai add mustard seeds, jeera, saunf turmeric powder hing and let it splutter. Now add onions with a pinch of salt and cook well. Once cooked add peas with salt and water cover and let it become soft.
- Once it becomes soft add ground rajma and mashed aloo with all the masala mix all and cook well.
- Now roll the dough and cut into square shape. Place the stuffing in the Center then apply water on all sides and bring all the corners together.
