- Turn off the heat. Strain through a colander and keep the drained rice aside
- Grind all the spices (Ingredients for the paste) to make a paste
- Add two spoons Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk in a frying pan and add all the paste in it and cook for at least 10 minutes
- Then add the chicken pieces and the potatoes in the pan along with the paste and cook for 45 minutes
- Add the remaining Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk and simmer for 15 minutes
- Add the fish sauce, tamarind juice, and cook until the oil separates, add the roasted peanuts
- Then in another heavy bottomed pan add the chicken and half the barista in it and then cover the chicken with rice and add more barista on top and few pieces of lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves
- Add a little Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk to keep the rice moist
- Then cover the lid an open seal with atta and cook over high flame for a few minutes and then simmer it and cook for half an hour
