- Get 500 g Boneless beef
- Take 250 g Yoghurt
- Make ready 3 tbsp Tandoori masala
- Take Gg paste
- Take Capsicum

- Prepare salt
- Prepare green chillies
- Make ready 1/4 tsp chicken powder

Steps to make Bbq rice:
- Marinate beef in above ingredients
- Cook in 2tbsp oil and saute garlic,green chillies, capsicum, cabbage in 1tbsp soya sauce, salt, red chilli flakes, and 1/4tsp chicken powder.
- Boil rice and add soya sauce n chilli flakes while boiling, once boiled,give smoke for a bbq like taste.
- Take 5tbsp mayonnaise, 3tbsp cream,chilli garlic sauce and crushed black pepper and mix
- Now for layering, first add rice thn vegetables thn chicken and thn lastly the mayo sauce. And garnice with spring onion.
