  1. Peel potatoes into half. Cut these halves again into half. Cut these quarters (halves) into 2 to make wedges (view photos).
  2. In-vessel add 2 glasses of water. Add 1 tsp salt and potato wedges. Boil for 3 minutes. Strain and cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl add parboiled potato wedges, sprinkle cornflour. Mix well. Add red chilli flakes, oregano, onion and garlic powder. Add oil and mix well. Keep aside.
