- Make ready 1 Tilapia
- Make ready Oil for frying
- Take spices for Garnishing.1tbsp of Garam Masala, 2 tbsp of royco, 1tbsp of salt, 1tbsp of ginger powder., 1tbsp of cinnamon
- Get 20 ml Vinegar
Steps to make Fried Tilapia:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add vinegar.
- Mix and put in the fish, make sure the spices cover all parts of the fish. Cover and marinate the fish.
- Marinate the fish for about 30mins and in the meantime, heat the oil in medium heat.
- After 30 minutes put the marinated fish in the oil, slowly to prevent oil from starting
- Then fry until it becomes slightly brown. Fry both sides.
