- In a non-stick pan..add oil
- When it's ready…add the paste and onions… fry till golden brown then add tomatoes
- Stir till it's well cooked…add salt and stir
- Add hot water for your stew.m.not too much water just enough…
- When it starts to form small bubbles..add fish…then cover
- Let it cook…. till your stew is thick..mine almost dried up🤦🤦… and added little water… the thickness quite disappeared…but it was yummy😊😋♥️
