- Fry the onions till golden brown,and add the crushed garlic
- Add the finely diced,tomatoes and salt then cover until the tomatoes have formed a thick paste.Add tomato paste afterwards.
- Add a little water,the diced capsicum and finally the fish.,cover then leave to simmer for a few minutes.
- Flip the fish,so that it can cook in both sides. Add the corriander and cover then leave to simmer for a few more minutes..turn off the heat.
- Serve with ugali and some ovacado π.
