  9. Prepare small piece Ginger *finely chopped or grated
  10. Take cupful Vegetables *e.g. Carrot, Boy Choy, Cabbage, Won Bok, Shiitake, Bamboo Shoot, Onion, Broccoli, Capsicum, etc
  11. Take Sesame Oil OR Oil of your choice
  12. Get <Sauce>
  13. Take Chicken Stock *OR 2 cups Water & 1-2 teaspoons Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder
  14. Take Soy Sauce
  15. Prepare Sake (Rice Wine) OR Shoasing Wine
  16. Get Oyster Sauce
  17. Prepare Potato Starch Flour OR Corn Starch Flour *mixed with 3 to 4 tablespoons Water

When cooked, add sauce and bring to the boil. Stir the Potato Starch mixture, gradually add, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thick. You do not necessarily use all the potato starch mixture.
  5. Cover the crispy noodles with the stir-fried mixture and sauce and enjoy.

Add tofu, green onions and sesame oil; cook. Pack your stir-fry with vegetables and top with marinated fish. This recipe cooks enough salmon for lunch the next day.
