The ingredients needed to make Pound cake:
  1. Prepare 1 box Betty Crocker Pound Cake Mix
  2. Take 2/3 cup water or milk
  3. Prepare 2 large eggs
  4. Make ready 1/2 stick softened margarine spread

  6. Get 1 tsp lemon extract
  7. Get 1 dash cinnamon
  8. Take 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
Instructions to make Pound cake:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (EXCEPT confectioner's sugar). Mix according to time on pound cake box.
  3. Place mixture in the baking pan of your choice (I used a round bundt pan). Spread evenly.
  4. Bake according to time specified on box (depending on which pan used). 40 mins for round bundt pan.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 mins. Remove cake from pan.
  6. Lightly dust with confectioner's sugar. Enjoy!
