- Pour egg mixture over sausage and bacon and stir. Add remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with remaining bacon and cook another 10 minutes. Broil last 2 minutes if you like your cheese a little crispy.
