- Cook the quinoa with 2cups of water.
- Drain, rinse and add the beans.

- Start forming patty tightly of the quinoa mixture, around the size of a tablespoon for each. Set them aside.
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over a medium high heat. Add the quinoa patties to the pan, and cook till nice golden and crisp on all edges. Remove with the help of tong.
- Serve these yummilious patties with ketchup or green chutney.
- Tip:: Be gentle, they can crumble.
