- Fill pan with vegtable oil about four inches deep and heat
- When rice has cooled, make the rice into balls
- Whisk the last two eggs in seperate bowl. Then put bread crumbs in another seperate bowl
- Dip rice ball in the eggs, then dip it in the bread crumbs, then put in vegtable oil
- Repeate till all the balls are in the vegtable oil.. Should make about eight balls.
- Keep balls in vegtable oil untill they turn brown. I like to keep mine in longer to get a crunchier outside.
- Take out the balls let them cool and enjoy!
- You can also eat these with marinara sauce which is really good!
