- Mix the flour together with the yeast, sugar, salt, sunflower oil and water and knead for about 10 to 15 minutes. The dough is a little sticky, so add the extra 15 ml of sunflower oil at the end. Knead together for a minute. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Grease the workplace with some sunflower oil and divide the dough into 15 pieces. Make balls of it.
- Flatten the dough balls and shape it into an oval. Cut vertical slices at the bottom of the dough. Top with minced meat and roll the bun shut.
- Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking tray. Cover the dough with some egg yolk. Garnish the buns with nigella seeds. Let the buns rise for 30 minutes.
- Place the rolls in a preheated oven at 190 ℃ for about 23 to 30 minutes. Keep in mind that every oven works differently and they may be able to get out sooner or later.
- When the bread rolls come out of the oven place a tea towel on top to keep them soft.
