- If using palm oil, add 3 cooking spoon to the plantain mix. Add water to the mix and stir thoroughly to combine.
- Add seasoning cubes and salt and stir to combine..
- Wrap the Plantain pudding with washed clean Plantain leafs or Uma leafs. Or cook in small cans.
- Line the pot with plantain leafs and steam the wrapped pudding for 1hr
- Best eaten warm
