  1. In a bowl take all the dry ingredients, give it a mix. Now add 1 tbsp oil and Knead it well. Now slowly and gradually add milk and remaining 1 tbsp oil and Knead a soft dough.
  2. Brush the dough with some oil. Cover it and keep it in a warm place for 1 & half hours without disturbing it.
  3. After one hour, you will notice that the dough has risen and doubled up in size again Knead it for a min to smoothen it.   5. Now you and bake it in oven as you bake normal pav or you can either steam it as dhoklas or idlis in a low flame for 15 mins. It's upto you. I have steamed them because steaming process makes the buns cottony soft. Your choco buns are now ready to serve.
