- Prepare 1 mudu(big) unprocessed white rice
- Make ready 2 cups cooked processed rice

- Take 6 tbsp sugar

- Take 1/2 cup Vegetable oil

- I wash and soaked d unprocessed rice for 2hrs
- After 2hrs of soaking I strain d water,add d cooked rice,yeast,milk,sugar and salt I grind every thing together,mix well cover tiedly and allow to rise for at least 1hr.
- After 2hrs of rising,add baking powder,add additional water if d batter.ia too thick,mixwell and heat d non stick pan on medium heat whip d pan wt little oil add d batter cover wt pot cover or local handpan,allow to cook all d way without flipping,take out of d pan whip again add another batter
- Repeat d process untill d batter is finished.
- Wt dis measurements u will get about 50-60 medium pancakes.
- Serve wt sugar and tea,or with any soup of choice,ranging from groundnut soup,pepper soups etc.
