- Take a pan and add oil, add onion petals and bell pepper. Give a nice mix, then add red chillies, soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, spring onions and 1 tbsp water and give a gentle mix. Now add potatoes and add honey. Saute for 2 mins. Add sesame seeds and serve hot.
- Method 2: Boil the potatoes 75% and after it's completely cooled down, add the flour mixture which I have mentioned above and sundry it for 5-6 hrs. Then fry in oil or bake in the oven. It's similar to french fries.
- Note: Both method taste will be similar. So you can try both. You have enough time then go for sundry as it consumes less oil.
