- Prepare 1 Tbsp Chilli Oil
- Take 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Prepare 2 tsp Sugar
- Prepare as needed Cooking Oil
- Take Thickener (mix well in a bowl)
- Get 1 tsp Corn Flour
- Get 1/4 cup Water
