- Heat a Tbl. Butter on medium heat in a skillet.
- Chop mushrooms and garlic
- Put mushrooms and garlic in pan. Stir for about 4-5 minutes
- Chop asparagus into 1 1/2 inch lengths.
- Put into pan, stir for about 3-4 minutes
- Add another Tbl. Butter. When melted add noodles.
- Stir, add 1/3 cheese, black pepper, and mix. Keep mixing adding cheese for about 4 minutes.
- Add basil, mix for another minute or two.
- Serve
- For some heat, if you desire, crushed red pepper flakes works very nicely during the "adding the cheese" step.
