  1. Get 8 Oz. Left over noodles (or just made)
  2. Prepare 1 bunch (small bunch) asparagus
  3. Get 3 cloves garlic
  4. Prepare 3 Tbl. Butter
  5. Get 6 Oz. Fresh mushrooms
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup parmesan grated
  7. Make ready to taste Black pepper
  8. Make ready to taste Salt
  9. Take 3 Tbl. Fresh basil, chopped
  10. Make ready 1 tsp. Dried Italian seasoning
Instructions to make Left Over Noodles:
  1. Heat a Tbl. Butter on medium heat in a skillet.
  2. Chop mushrooms and garlic
  3. Put mushrooms and garlic in pan. Stir for about 4-5 minutes
  4. Chop asparagus into 1 1/2 inch lengths.
  5. Put into pan, stir for about 3-4 minutes
  6. Add another Tbl. Butter. When melted add noodles.
  7. Stir, add 1/3 cheese, black pepper, and mix. Keep mixing adding cheese for about 4 minutes.
  8. Add basil, mix for another minute or two.
  9. Serve
  10. For some heat, if you desire, crushed red pepper flakes works very nicely during the "adding the cheese" step.
