  1. Take a bowl and make dough by adding flour, egg, oil and salt.
  2. Cover the dough and keep it aside for some times
  3. For making filling: Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, onion and green chilli. Saute till it become light golden brown.
  4. Add spinach and then mixed herb and salt to taste. Saute again for 1 minute. Once it done tansfer it into a bowl. Don't wash the pan. Keep it aside for
  5. Add Mozzarella cheese, cheese spread, pepper powder, salt into it and mix well.
  6. Take half portion of the dough and roll it thin in an oval shape. Place the spinach filling as shown in the picture.
  7. Cover it from the next side. Seal each edges carefully using a fork without any bubbles.
  8. On the otherside, Boil some water in a pan. Add a pinch of salt into it. Drop each ravioli pieces into the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then drain it.
  9. Heat oil in the same pan which we used to make filling. Saute all the cooked ravioli for 3 minutes and take this in a plate.
  10. Add 1 tbsp butter into the same pan. When butter melts and 2 tbsp All-purpose flour into it. Saute for a while till bubbles appears add milk then cheese into it. Saute it again. Atlast add mixed herb and salt our white sauce is ready.
  11. Put all the ravioli into the white sauce and mix well
