Steps to make Baby Chicks in Nest:
- Separate the egg first and lightly whisk the egg white. We are going to use egg whites only in this recipe.

- Chopped the white chocolate and put in a heatproof bowl.
- Let the cream mixture return to boil once again and then pour over the chopped chocolates.
- Take out the lemon rind and stir continously until the chocolate melts and get a smooth creamy texture.
- Use a few drops of food colour in this stage if you want to.
- Keep aside to cool down and thickened slightly.
- Now gently take out the coconut tarts from the patty pan cases. Coconut tarts are very fragile in this stage, so very careful about that. We need whole coconut tarts, not broken one for our chicks nest.
- Fill in the tarts with melted chocolate. This is going to be our nest.
- Now it's time to decorate our baby chicks. For that use chocolate buttons to make eyes. Place a orange coloured M & M's vertically to make the beak of a baby chicks.
