  2. Drain water completely. keep them aside.
  3. Take a pan, add ghee and heat it over low flame.
  4. Add cinammon stick,green cardamom and cloves.saute for 30 seconds.
  5. Add sugar,water and green colour, stir and cook until sugar dissolves.
  6. Add cooked rice mix gently until each rice coated with sugar mixture.
  7. Reduce flame to low and cover it with lid
  8. Cook until almost all moisture evaporated.
  9. Sweet rice is ready.decorate with khoya.
