  10. Make ready 2 tsp coriander seeds
  11. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  12. Prepare 1 inch fresh turmeric root peeled and chopped or you can use 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  13. Take 1 inch fresh ginger root - peeled and chopped
  14. Make ready 4-6 red bird eye chillis
  15. Prepare 1 stalk lemongrass - finely sliced
  16. Prepare 3 cloves garlic
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp cashews
  18. Prepare 1 tsp lime juice
  19. Make ready 1 tbsp shrimp paste
  20. Get 3 cups veggie broth or water
  21. Prepare 1 can coconut milk about 1.5 cups and can add some more water if needed
  22. Prepare 1 lime - cut in wedges

Drain noodles and divide them between serving bowls. Arrange two egg halves on top of each and divide the laksa soup between the bowls. This spicy Chicken Laksa is a Malaysian soup that may have a long list of ingredients, but it's super easy.
