- Boil beans well until soft, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions and saute until translucen, about 5 mins.
- Add in jalapeños and saute for a few mins.
- Add in pre boiled beans and saute for a few mins.
- Add enough water to cover beans and cook on medium heat until liquid is gone, mashing beans with the back of a pot spoon.
- Add salt and chili powder to your taste.
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mash with a fork, mixing together everything.
- You can mash it well or leave it chunky or extra chunky if you like.
- To refrigerate, flatten the surface out and cover with plastic wrap ensuring the wrap touches the guacamole keeping out any air.
- Warm milk and water in a pan.
- Add in cocoa powder and dissolve well.
- Add in cinnamon powder, nutmeg and chili powder and dissolve well.
- Add sugar or honey to taste and dissolve.
- Bring to a boil, then turn off heat and steep for a few minutes.
