- Next, in a wok heat the oil. When it starts to smoke, lower the heat to a simmer and add the garlic. When the garlic starts to get brown add the onions, capsicum, chillies and chicken. Add the salt and pepper and fry them for sometime or till the chicken is cooked. Then add the paneer and cook till the paneer has some reddish brown colour in it. Then add the chow to it and add the soy sauce. Mix everything well.
