  1. Preheat oven to 170C/325F. Line a 9x9" square tin with baking paper or I just use a silicone mould so you don't need to line it.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate and set aside. Put the flour and sugar in a mixing bowl, pour in the chocolate and butter and mix until well combined. Crack in the 3 eggs and stir until smooth.
