The ingredients needed to make Dosa:
  1. Prepare 1 Rice
  2. Prepare 1/3 Lentils Split Black
  3. Get 5 Fenugreek
  4. Take Salt
  5. Take Oil
Steps to make Dosa:
  1. Soak the rice, lentils & fenugreek for about 3-4 hours.
  2. Drain and blend the rice in a mixed till smooth.
  3. Add salt to the taste and leave the batter covered for almost 12 hours to ferment.
  4. Heat a tawa, grease with oil. Spread the batter with a big spoon. Can big enough till 5"-6" diameter.
  5. Cook till a light brown. Cook the other side also.
  6. Serve hot!
