  1. Take 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)

Steps to make Bedmi Poori:
  1. Grind the soaked dal, ginger & green chilies into a paste.
  2. Mix together atta, sooji and all the dry spices.
  3. Now combine the atta mix with the ground dal paste.
  4. Knead into a dough by adding required quantity of water.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions.
  6. Roll out each into a disc just like poori.
  7. Deep fry them till light golden in colour.
  8. Serve with potato curry or any side dish. Here I served with lobia masala.
