- Prepare Nutmeg – 1/2 ” piece
- Prepare 1 tbsp Coriander powder –
- Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder –
- Take Add all above ingredients in grinder

Nihari is a rich stew from the Indian subcontinent, loaded with fall apart tender meat, ladles of desi ghee (clarified butter), and When you're in Pakistan, nihari is the breakfast of champions, and Lahore is. - Now cook another 15 minutes. Check consistency you need.
- When nihari is done, garnish with fresh coriander, ginger flakes and green chilies. - Serve with ginger flakes, lemon slices and naan.
