Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a sauce pan.To this add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 finely chopped white onion..saute and add 1 cup.tomato.puree and 3 tbsp.tomato.sauce.also.add salt and pepper to taste. Add mixed herbs and chilli flakes to taste and cook on low flame for 15 mins
- Now add half cheese and mix these and spread this mixture in a baking dish
- Now mix bread crumbs and remaining cheese and.spread on quinoa mixture.Add almond flakes on top
- Now decorate with cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
- Bake in a.preheated oven.at 190 degree for.20.mins
