- First we make a dry masala for this roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds
- Now cool it down and crush it roughly
- Now take boiled potatoes mash them very well and add all the masala which I mentioned above
- Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and sarso seeds asfoiteda and ginger green chilli paste
- Add boiled potatoes and mix all the things very well
- Now take a dough add take a small portion of it and make a roti out of it cut it from between and divided into 2 parts
- Now make a triangle shape and grease with water from all the sides put a stuffing in between and cover from all the sides
- Now deep fry on very slow flame
