  3. Again add 2 tbsp of butter and knead well again.
  4. Make a smooth big ball and cover and let it rest for about 3-4 hrs in a warm place.
  5. After 4 hrs the dough will become soft and fluffy and double in size. punch the dough again and place on baking tray. Apply milk wash to it. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and fruit and nuts of your choice. Let it rest for another 1/2 an hour.
  6. Preheat oven at 180°c. Place the tray with the dough in the oven. Bake for 30mins.
  7. Tasty bakarkhani is ready. Brush butter on top. Cut into pieces and serve
  8. Please note: 30mins is the baking time… preparation time is around 5 hrs
