- Mix together with hands until it forms into a ball.
- Remove from bowl and start to knead/pummel for ten minutes. You push forward with heal of hand then fold back.
- After 10 minutes of kneading place in a oiled bowl somewhere warm for 30 mins.
- After the 30 mins. Divide into 2 or three. Make a well in middle and add your fruit nuts. Mix in well with your hands.
- Place in tray or tin again in a warm place for another 30 mins.
- After 30 mins bake in oven. 180 degrees for approx 30 mins. To test if cooked turn upside down and tap. It should sound hollow. Eat!!
