I kept the crispy baby corn recipe very simple. It is more like the Indo-Chinese baby corn or like the Manchurian baby corn. Mix together maida, rice flour, corn flour, salt, lime juice, soy sauce and baby corn. Add some water, if required, to bind the ingredients.
Steps to make Crispy Baby Corn:
- Cut each baby corn into three pieces and boil it for 30 secs and drain them out. Let it cool.Dust the baby corn in plain flour and corn flour.
- Now fry them on a very high heat to make it crip on the top.

- Add the chopped onion and fry for 1 min.
- Add the rest of ingredients one by one except the light soya sauce.
- Mix them and toss them on high heat for 30 secs.

- Serve garnishing with chopped spring onion.
