  1. In a wok add in oil n fry garlic on medium heat
  2. When garlic will be brown then add minced beef n bhoonofy until changes colour……then it will be leave it's water then keep on dam on low flame for 15 to 20 min….add water if needed……cook until it get tender…
  3. Now dry out the water in qeema n add all sauces n vinegar on medium flame then add cut green chillies stir for few sec….. Sauces will be dry n now put on the lid n turn Off the flame……
