Instructions to make Spaghetti and meatballs:
- In a bowl mix the meat,spices(except the oregano and bay) eggs and bread crumbs and roll the mixture on your palm to form balls size per your preference. Line a baking shit with foil and drizzle cooking all. Place all your balls on the sheet
- In a preheated oven. Put in your balls and cook till browned and caramelised outside minimum 30min check not to burn depending on your oven settings. As this is getting done make your spaghetti
- In a sauce pan. Fry onions till transparent. Add ginger garlic paste till aromatic. Add in oregano and bay leaf and blended tomatoes you can also add in royco cubes if you wish. Still till the mixture thickens and turns a dark brown/red. Add in you meatballs and simmer on low heat for 20min.
- Add chopper dhania turn of the heat and serve over a bowl of spaghetti.
