- Now after 2 hours add it in mixer jar,add ginger,garlic and green chilli and coriander leaves..and grind to make a smooth paste
- Now transfer in a bowl add salt..and now heat non-stick tawa and pour the battar and make chilla by adding ghee..and cook till golden brown from both the sides..
- Now prepare salsa..take a bowl add finely chopped onion,tomatoes and paneer cubes in it…add salt,,,chat masala,pepper,tomato ketchup or amchoor chutney…green chilli and make salsa of it….
- Now apply amchoor chutney on the chilla..add salsa on the centre and roll it…your yummy chilla is ready..serve hot with chutney..
