  1. Take a mixer jar. Add soaked daal, 1 green chilli, small piece of ginger. Blend it into smooth batter.
  2. Pour the batter in a bowl. Add 1/2 tbsp salt sugar and baking soda mix it well and keep it aside for 10 mnts.
  3. After 10 mnts, grease mould
  4. Divide batter in two equal parts. Add few drops of green food colour in one portion. Add fruit salt mix well.
  5. Add one by one layer of each flavour in mould. Take a toothpick mark lines on the topper layer of batter in opposite direction look like as flower.
  6. Microwave it for 7 to 10 mnts.
  7. Take a pan add 1 tbsp of butter or oil. Add mustard seed let it crackel add curry leaves and 2 slit green chillies then add a cup of water. Add sugar, salt.make it a boil
  8. Switch off the gas and add lemon juice. Pour this tadka on dhokla and keep it aside for 10 mnts
  9. Dhokla is ready serve with green chutney
