- Put the qeema in pan
- Add whole red chilli
- Salt
- Also add black cardamom
- Black pepper
- Clove and cinnamon sticks
- Then add 6 to 8 Glass water
- And cover it until qeema is half done
- Then add ginger and garlic. Let it cook until qeema is full done.
- Remove the lid and place it on high heat and evaporate the water
- Also add oil and fry it
- Also add chopped onion tomates and green chilli coriander leaves
- Nicely stir while adding the chopped mixture.
- Then add curd
- Mix very well on high flame atleast 10 to 15 minutes
- Continuesly stir in the oil are spread
- Serve Qeema with Nan.
- Serve hot
