  1. Take 6 Pasta sheets
  2. Take 2 capsicums (red and yellow if available)

  8. Prepare 2 Tablespoons Maida

  12. Take 1/2 Cup cheese Emmental (or any Preferably)
  13. Prepare 1 Tablespoon garlic chopped
  14. Prepare 1 Spaghetti sauce (any red pasta )
  15. Get To Taste salt
  16. Make ready To Taste Pepper powder
Steps to make Vegetarian Lasagna Delight:
  1. First heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic sauté it for sometime then add all add sliced onion after half a minute add the remaining veggies (carrot, mushrooms, capsicum, you can add any vegetables as per your choice), salt and pepper powder. Saute this for 1 to 2 mins. Then set it aside.
  2. For preparing the white sauce, melt butter in a pan then add maida to it. Cook maida till it is slightly brown. Set it aside till it cools down.
  3. Now slowly add milk to the above mixture and stir continuously with a whisk to avoid lumps. Now again cook the mixture with some pepper powder, salt and 1 tbsp. of parmesan cheese. Boil the lasagna sheet as per the instruction and set aside
  4. Then take a baking dish (preferably rectangular as per the lasagna sheets), grease it with some butter. Then 1 tbsp. of red sauce and spread it across the baking dish, then add two lasagna sheet (according to your dish size).
  5. Then above the sheets again add red sauce and spread it across the sheet, then add some sautéed veggies and spread them across. After this add the white sauce and spread it evenly, then add some cheese and sprinkle some black pepper.
  6. Once this is done add two more sheets and follow the same process as earlier.Then finally when the last sheets are placed, spread the white sauce above it add Mozzeralla cheese, Emmental cheese and parmesan cheese and sprinkle some black pepper.
  7. Now put the dish for baking at 200 degrees for about 20 min or until the crust is golden brown. The dish is ready for serving.
