  4. Now for dahi baray take 1 packet out of freezer after deep frost all fritter put it in water bath for 30 mins then squeeze all water.
  5. In separate bowl add yogurt sugar salt and milk whisk it till all sugar dissolve then add all squeeze fritters and garnish it with chatmasala (spices) and serve
