- Boiler the meat in a pot with seasoning, spices, ginger and garlic. When cooked cut into small pieces
- Use the stock to Perboil the rice. Add turmeric, bay leaf and little salt. Drain when cooked.
- In a pan, add oil, butter, onion and scotch bonnets, 2 tspn light soy sauce, meat, spices, seasonings, well diced vegetables and stir fry for 5mins.
- Now gently pour the rice and mix well
- Cover and allow it to cook for 10mins
- Serve with salad or coslow😋
