The ingredients needed to make Chinese Fried Rice:
  1. Get 1 cup boiled plain rice (80% boiled)
  2. Take 2 cup length wise chopped mixed Veggies
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup lengthwise chopped fresh Tofu/Paneer
  4. Prepare 2 finely chopped green chilli
  5. Make ready 1 inch grated ginger
  6. Get 1/4 tsp ajinomoto (optional)
  7. Take 1 tsp salt
  8. Take 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  9. Prepare 1 tsp soya sauce
  10. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions to make Chinese Fried Rice:
  1. Take a pan heat oil on medium flame. Add tofu/Paneer to it and let it roast, till they are turns into golden colour. Take out in a plate.
  2. Now add carrot, beans as well and cook it on high flame & make sure the oil is hot enough.
  3. Fry the Veggies till becomes crunchy. Now add capsicum and cabbage as well fry the Veggies for anotther 30 seconds to 1 minute
  4. Add green chilli sauce, vinegar. Now combine the roasted Tofu/Paneer as well. Saute nicely.
  5. Mix salt and Finally add the boiled rice. Mix well and stir nicely for a minute. Turn off the gas. Now saute for 30 seconds. Ready to serve.
  6. CHINESE FRIED RICE, take out in serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
