The ingredients needed to make Baby  onion sabzi:
  1. Take 15 onions baby one peeled make criss cross
  2. Get 2 tbsp oil
  3. Get 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  4. Get 1 tbsp coriander powder
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp besan
  6. Get to taste Salt
  7. Make ready 1 tsp jeera
  8. Take 1/2 tsp rai
  9. Take pinch Hing
  10. Make ready 2 tomatoes grind with 1 green chilli and 1 tsp ginger
  11. Get 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  12. Make ready as required Cream for garnish (optional)

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok, add the asafoetida, cumin seeds and saunf seeds. This adds thickness to the curry. Add stuffed baby onion in kadai and cook on slow flame. Add extra masala on baby onion and lid it.

Instructions to make Baby  onion sabzi:
  1. Heat a kadhai add oil jeera,rai,hing.
  2. Now add tomatoes paste cook well.
  3. After 5 minutes add all the masalas besan mix well add kasuri methi.
  4. Now add onions mix well add 1 cup water cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
  5. Ready garnish with cream enjoy with fulka or rice.

Sabji is ready add coriander leaves and serve hot. When I made this sabzi for the first time, I didn't add potato in it. I had heard that fish-eating people add fish in this sabzi. When I asked my cook about it, she said they add potato. So now-a-days I add potato in the sabzi, and Devansh and I both like the taste.
