  1. Slice up the Paneer to your preferred sizes- But need to be in the Biggest possible sizes- Set aside
  2. In a mixing bowl: Add in the Peri Peri Sauce (Powdered), salt, oil, oregano, mixed herbs, chilli flakes & powder- both…Mix everything well together until nicely combined
  3. Dip the Paneer Slices into the same mixture- Coat evenly & well from its all sides & allow it to rest in this mixture for at least 20-30 mins time, cover it with a lid to set aside
  4. Now, heat up a non-stick grill pan over the high flame & allow it to release its smokey fumes- Now, apply some oil on its frying base & drop in the Sliced Peri Peri Marinated Paneer into the same to be charred completely from each of its sides
  5. Reduce the flame to medium-high at this point- Apply some oil on the top most surface of the paneer slices & fry for about 5-7 mins time on each sides, while brushing some oil on its top most side when one side’s getting charred nicely
  6. Once done: Turn off the flame & Dish out in a separate serving plate & garnish with some garlic sauce or even some more peri peri sauce on its top- layering it with the charred veggies as its bed (which all need to be marinated & coated with the marinade Masala & charred in the grill pan
