- Knead hard dough with help of water. Grease it with water and keep it covered for 10 mins.
- After 10 mins keep tawa and again knead the dough for one min. Make small 4 equal portions and roll them. I make small size because it is more crispy. U can make small or big any size.
- Put this on hot tawa. Flame should be medium high. Flip the sides. Add oil or ghee and roast it till golden brown.
- Take out in a plate. Serve hot with tea, aachar and papad..
