  3. Coat your pan with olive oil and set on medium heat
  4. Salt and pepper chicken to your taste
  5. Add chicken to pan and cook on medium to med low heat for about 20 minutes on each side
  6. About 10 minutes til chicken is done add milk cheese and butter in a sauce pan and heat on medium low until cheese is nice and smooth
  7. Plate up chicken by topping chicken with cheese sauce and bacon crumbles and scallions
