- Get 12 oz macaroni
- Prepare 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- Get 8 oz peper jack cheese, grated

- Make ready 1/3 c flour
- Make ready 1 jar, mason or with secure top
- Get 1 pkg cherizo, chopped

Instructions to make Spicey mac & cheese:
- Boil water and cook pasta for half of time stated on box. When done drain and set aside.
- Brown cherizo then remove and set aside.
- In same pan on medium heat, cook minced onion until translucent.
- Put flour and milk in jar, secure lid, shake vigorously for 2 min.
- Slowly add jar to onions stirring constantly.
- Combine 80% grated cheese to cream mixture ensuring it is completely encorporated.
- Stir in cherizo to pasta mixture. Heat oven to 425° with 8x10 pan in oven.
- Add pasta mixture to 8x10 pan and cover with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Cook for 30min at 425°. Note: picture shows meat on top, can split meat and use half with pasta and then half on top.
